Co-directing 25′ film “We Are All Protagonists” for Salomon TV

The Speed Project is an unofficial relay race spanning nearly 550 km from Los Angeles to Las Vegas, with no set route or strict rules. This unique event brings together teams from around the world in an extreme endurance challenge across the American desert.

For this 2023 edition, we co-produced a film commissioned by the running brand Salomon documenting this legendary ultra-trail team race, composed entirely of female runners with radically different profiles, ranging from a professional athlete to rookies.  A physical and mental challenge, but also an ideological one: an exclusively female project, including the entire technical team and support crew, in order to break away from a traditionally masculine environment and offer a different vision of ultra-trail running.

In this film, eight runners set off from Los Angeles for a 548km race with no rules or established route except for a fixed finish point in Las Vegas,  each challenging their own limits.
